Booking
There is no booking desk here — the entry is the whole route.
A request has to have someone to reach
There is no general booking form on this site, and its absence is deliberate. A request only means something when it is addressed to a particular person, and a form that collected one centrally would either send it nowhere or imply a dispatcher who does not exist. The contacts listed on an entry reach that person directly, which is the only arrangement consistent with a catalogue that is not party to anything.
What to put in a first message
The day, the hour, the district and what you are asking for. A message carrying those four can be answered yes or no immediately; one missing them starts a round of clarification before anything is settled, and often simply waits. Reading the availability field first saves the most common misunderstanding of all — whether the person you are writing to travels, hosts, or either.
Timing is the variable, not distance
Dubai is a city where the same route takes twenty minutes at midday and considerably longer in the evening peak. Naming the hour in the first message is worth the sentence it costs, because the hour decides far more than the map does. If a district is agreed, agreeing the direction of travel with it settles the other half.
Money is settled directly
Nothing is paid through this site. There is no deposit, no booking fee and no payment mechanism anywhere on it, so any request for money that claims to come from the directory did not. Terms, conditions and anything else about an arrangement are agreed between the two people involved, in advance and in plain words.
If something goes wrong
Every entry carries a report link that reaches moderation without passing through anyone. Urgent reports hide the entry while they are looked at. Detail that has simply gone out of date — a district that changed, a number that no longer answers — is worth reporting too, and is handled without hiding anything.
